Continuing on from to/fro, Plumes shares two more tracks focusing on heavy beats, meditative rhythmics and thudding bass weight.

The start of the paradigm begins with Into The Other which is another look at Plumes’ continuous sink hole curiosity with the sub 100 beats per minute world. And Back Again then moves the sound towards more hushed out, delay swooned polys and driving mono pulses with Ido revisiting a half-time time signature.

A cohesive two tracker seeming to reference a loose theme of minimalism via its transcendental properties and oddball characteristics, ultimately resulting in an uneasy but intrinsic feel to an infinite mantra to which the EP is named.

One piece falls into the other and back again.

If you like experimental electronic music that still has an odd groove to it (this is somewhere between broken beat, drum and bass, and techno) you pretty much need this record. It's been one of my standouts of the last few years easily. If you like this, also check out AA Sudd "Pushedd" on Midgar Records which is more sleek, unbelievably sophisticated sound design in this vein. This gets my highest possible recommendation! jonarmst
